Antiox+

The BAC "Antiox+" is a combined product with an antioxidant effect determined by the properties of its components: the extract of grape pomace, Ginkgo biloba, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, yeast with selenium and zinc oxide.

The extract of grape pomace, included into the structure of the product, is a preventive of cardiovascular diseases development, possesses antiaggregational qualities towards platelets and improves microcirculation.

The extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves contains glycosides which repress binding of platelet-activating factor (RAF) with the receptors of cell membranes and prevents from thrombogenesis and RAF-dependent vasoconstriction. Ginkgo biloba improves circulation of blood, increases feeding of heart, brain and other bodies with oxygen, takes antioxidant effect and decreases the level of arterial tension.

Beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin , selenium and zinc are admitted antioxidants; they inactivate formation of free radicals, protect the lipids of cell membranes from destruction, decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases development and oncogenesis.

The results of the clinical tests which have been carried out in the Clinic of health food in the Institute of nutrition of RAMS, evidence that the BAC "Antiox+" have an effective influence on lipidic exchange, which leads to decrease of cholesterol level in blood plasma of 10 %, and decrease of trihlycerides of 24%. During studying the system of POL-antioxidant protection the increase of activity of enzyme of catalase antioxidizing protection primary link of 15 % was discovered. Whereas the concentration of components of nonenzymatic antioxidant protection in blood plasma was increasing (vitamin A - of 27%, vitamin E - of 28%, vitamin C - of 31%), including the approved BAC into food intake also contributed to decrease of the level of primary and secondary products of POL in blood plasma. The results of research evidence that the product takes an immune-modulating effect, which leads to increase of activity of humoral link of the immune system, namely, to increase of the level of IgG of 21 % and 3 component alexine - of 18 % in comparison with raw data.
