The first 5 working days

THE FIRST DAY

  1. You signed the contract with "VISION INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE GROUP" and became the independent distributor of the Company and the distributor of our first line. Congratulations!
  2. Get the "Starter-kit" at the company's warehouse. This is a well-designed file with all the necessary information about the Company, products, ethics, etc.
  3. Make your first purchase, a buster-case of any product.
  4. With trembling hands, open 3 bottles of our products (or more), close your eyes and take one capsule of each. If you survive,
  5. We will take a sit, have a cup of coffee (our custom) and consider how much would you like to earn, what period of time you need and what you should do for it (somebody needs refreshment here). The main question is why do you want to do it? According to it, we will plan our work: the meeting time, the number of meetings to form the organization and solve the sales problems, the time to be at schools, on the presentations, seminars and so on for every day, week, month, year. We have the GOAL and should get it. That`s what we`ll get down to!
  6. Open your diary on the first page and write - DO THE BUSINESS WITH PLEASURE, then the 7 rules of success:
    • I. Sponsor (it's us) is always right.
    • II. If the sponsor is wrong, see the point above.
    • III. It's wrong to feel offended by the sponsor.
    • IV. Modesty is not paid.
    • V. Don't be asleep with the first line (until he or she makes the 6 - karat qualification).
    • VI. There is no punishment for the initiative.
    • VII. No pain, no gain.
    During the first three-month follow the instructions or (step right, step left) the execution will follow!
  7. We will teach you how to make the list of acquaintances, as our business, first of all, is the business with friends, acquaintances and relatives. Whom first of all we would like to help (for any reason) to stay healthy, to earn more money?

    Fill in the first three columns yourself, the rest we will fill in together. When you are at home, you'd better not leave the table until you get 100 at the first column. Have a rest and then screen your phonebook, the photo albums, look for the phone numbers written in the calendars, on the wall, everywhere, look for the visiting cards, somebody once gave to you, do your best so that the figures in the first column will reach 300.
  8. We will start from the ABC - book. Make notes about our products at our dictation and be prepared to retell it the next day.
  9. Get to the phone and learn how to invite people for a meeting and work with them professionally. We will teach you how to make calls and help you with it. There are a few appointments for tomorrow. Excellent. Take a 5 - minute rest and start your homework (learn the notes about our products, make the list of acquaintances and point out the next 10 meetings).
  10. In the evening, when everything is done well, call us to confirm the appointment time for tomorrow once again. Good night (if you're able to sleep)!
The second day.
  1. Come to see us an hour before the first meeting. Speak on about our products. Show your list of acquaintances and we will think it over (how to make the conversation better).
  2. We will hold the meetings together and analyze the mistakes (which always appear at the beginning).
  3. Write at our dictation again, but this time about business, learn it by heart to discuss the next day. Have the notebook for the appearing questions. Our business is new and there are a great number of questions. You will be the one to answer them soon. This notebook will help you to find out all the answers you need.
  4. You will understand soon that not all the people you invite come to meetings. What is to be done? Not all of them get used to keep their promises. Consider the fact that for 10 meetings to take place you should invite 20 people. Go for it!
  5. Don't forget to call us in the evening in order to sleep well and not to have nightmares about business.
The third day.
  1. Meet us early again and get high grades for retelling us all you know about our products and business.
  2. We will meet and analyze the mistakes again (there will be the mistakes anyway, even if you are very smart and pick up everything quickly).
  3. The first lesson. About objections. By then, you will face the problem of the people objecting you. We will teach you whether you should answer the objections or not and in what case, how to answer the best way and what to do to reduce the objections day by day. You will be able to determine why there is an objection in some particular case - do the people need more information or just mock you. See for yourself what to do (but don't use hands, please). To use words is always more useful. If the people don't want to understand the words and humor - don't waste your time on them.
  4. Get to work again (phone calls, summaries, learning).
  5. Don't forget our usual evening custom. Our conversation will help you to be more energetic.
The forth day.
  1. Did you get used waking up early? Any nightmares about business? Excellent. Let's exercise answering the objections. This meeting with us would be like a cross-examine. When we finish you won't be afraid of any critical and contentious gentleman or lady (which is more horrible).
  2. Meetings, meetings, meetings. The statistics works. Be prepared to speak with a hundred of people and 20 of them will start the business, somebody as a client (a discount-users), somebody to earn some money and 5-6 people will be professionals. It's like a placer miner job - screen until the diamond will shine.
  3. Make the appointments and 2-3 days later be prepared to stay on the stage before the audience and speak about our products and business.
  4. Prepare the daily report in the evening.
The fifth day
  1. After the meetings we will prepare to speak on the stage before the audience. You are to speak about the products and business until your gestures, gait, and the text become natural. Once one of our distributors repeated "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!" for an hour until he stopped stumbling before the word "ladies". We can't get him off the stage now.
  2. Everyday meetings again. Have you noticed that you talk with the people yourself, while we are sitting and just nodding our heads with an air of importance? You start lecturing your new distributors. You can do everything, this is natural. And you are afraid of nothing already. You got your first portion of negative answers. Go on, your distributors will start to lecture new distributors and they will start to do the same. You became the teacher of the teaching trainers. Our aim is to help you to get the VIP qualification (5 people at the first line) within the first week of working. You have to help them to do the same. When 2 of your distributors get VIP qualification - you`ll became VIP 1K. You will be presented with the gold one diamond badge. Shine brightly! As soon as you have 4 VIPs (when 4 people of your first line will form their own groups of 5 people) - you will become VIP 2K and the number of diamonds on the badge and the commissions fee from the 7th line and below will increase. Go for new aims - VIP 4K, VIP 6K, Company Diamond Team. There is nothing impossible.
  3. You already know what to do before going to bed, besides of what you did 5 days ago. Happy next day and all the others!
Not to succeed with us is not to start this business at all or give it up a week later. In other cases you will get the goal. Don't be afraid to start!
