The structure of our Company

Vision International People Group is a name which is used in Russia most frequently, including the cases when general sponsoring of a number of actions is concerned. This is not a name of one company. This is a trade name of a group of companies, i.e., of a holding that combines several tens of independent legal unities.

General and principal management of the group of companies is carried out by the Board of Directors, consisting of 4 persons:

- President of the Company - Dmitry Bourjak;



- Vice President on International Business Development - Jean-Marc Colaianni;



- Vice President on International Product Development - Aram Aroutiounian;



- Vice President on Marketing - Roberto Piona.



The group combines companies that have to do with development, manufacture and marketing of the products; companies that render different services to the holding, including legal, financial, marketing and telecommunication; and also a number of single-purpose companies that have quite different functions.

Vision Holdings UK Limited is the main administrative company in the holding. It is the main shareholder in the registered capital of almost all the companies included in the group, and it works on the contract basis with them. The headquarters of this company is in London, Great Britain.

Coordinating center "Vision-East" directs development and functioning of the companies of the group in the countries of CIS, within the framework of powers delegated by the Board of Directors.
