1. The marketing subplan "FAST START" works equally with the present marketing subplan "PROFESSIONAL".
2. Both the marketing subplan "PROFESSIONAL" and the "FAST START" subplan have their own range of production.
3. The sum of minimum obligatory purchase is:
- not less than 180 $ on the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan;
- not less than 30 $ on the "FAST START" subplan.
4. According to the "FAST START" subplan commissions expected make up 20 % of the purchases of goods from the range of the "Fast start" subplan performed only by distributors of the first level.
5. About qualification:
- A VIP distributor is the one who has purchased the product offered by the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan for not less than 180 $ and has 5 distributors on his first level each of whom has made the same purchase.
- The qualification VIP, VIP 1K, VIP 2K, VIP 4K, VIP 6K is not applied to the "FAST START" subplan as well as the bonuses are not compounded.
6. The professional distributor can get commissions both according to the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan (5-5-10-10-10-10 + bonus from 1% to 6% in case a distributor has achieved corresponding qualification) and the "FAST START" subplan (20% from the first level) if he or she fulfils the following requirements:
- makes minimum purchases of the product according to the both plans;
OR
- achieves a VIP qualification.
7. Exclusive rights for new distributors:
- A distributor who contracts the work with the Company after September 1, 1999 (the date of the registration of a contract in the data base of the Company is considered as beginning of the work) gets an opportunity to work according to the "FAST START" subplan and not to make obligatory purchase on the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan during two months.
- In order to get commissions both on the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan (5-5-10-10-10) and the "FAST START" subplan (20 % from the first level), a new distributor can make a purchase only on the "PROFESSIONAL"subplan.
- If a distributor does not purchase on the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan till the end of the third month, the Company gives him or her two preferential months and the right to purchase only on the "FAST START" subplan, but in this case commissions are not compounded.
- If a new distributor does not purchase on the "PROFESSIONAL" subplan till the end of the fourth month, the whole of his organization is passed on to his up-line sponsor, i.e. the procedure of degrade is realized.
8. A new distributor must buy "Starter-Kit FAST START" to start working according to the "FAST START" subplan. The price of "Starter-Kit Fast start" is 6 $.
