The Marketing plan of the Company is a rewarding system which gives distributors a chance to get financial success. It was planned for rewarding distributors in order to make them interested in work with clients as much as possible and also reveal their capacities in training their groups.
When the Marketing plan of the Company is used all efforts are generously rewarded, however, the payments, of course, depend on how long a distributor has been cooperating with "Vision International People Group" and how much hardworking he is. The Marketing plan of the Company suits people who want to work part-time and get an additional income and also for those who would really like to be a success in life and get a high income.
The Marketing plan of the Company provides the distributors with two opportunities of getting profit:
- By way of direct distribution of goods and services among clients. Commissions make up 40% on the retail price.
- By way of forming groups of distributors and training them for distribution of goods and services; and also creating their own groups. Commissions in this case can reach 56% of the total amount of the products distributed by the group. This is the highest rate of percent in the world among companies of this type.
A GOOD CHANCE TO GET MONEY
"Vision" distributors have a chance to rise their income additionally due to sales performed by distributors of their groups, besides the commissions on direct sales.
"Vision" pays out 5% commissions on the amount of sales performed by distributors of the first and second levels and 10% commissions on the amount of sales performed by distributors of the third, fourth and fifth levels.
A VIP Distributor
In case an active distributor has personally sponsored 5 (five) active distributors of the first level he can also get 10% commissions on the amount of personal sales of distributors of the sixth level.
VIP BONUS

There are two concepts:
- To achieve a qualification - it means to have any qualification within a month.
- To accomplish a qualification - it means to have a qualification during one, two, four, or six months one after another according to a kind of qualification.
- A distributor gets a status of a "VIP Distributor" as soon as five active distributors of the first level have made an order in the current month.
A VIP distributor 1K
To achieve the qualification: in order to get VIP bonus starting from the seventh level at the rate of 1% on the amount of the personal sales of the organization, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 2 to 3 VIP distributors on the first level during one qualification month.
To accomplish the qualification: in order to accomplish this qualification and get VIP 1K pin, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 2 to 3 VIP distributors on the first level during one month.
A VIP distributor 2K
To achieve the qualification: in order to get VIP bonus starting from the seventh level at the rate of 2% on the amount of the personal sales of the organization, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 4 to 5 VIP distributors on the first level during one qualification month.
To accomplish the qualification: in order to accomplish this qualification and get VIP 2K pin, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 4 to 5 VIP distributors on the first level during 2 months.
A VIP distributor 4K
To achieve the qualification: in order to get VIP bonus starting from the seventh level at the rate of 4%, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 6 to 9 VIP distributors on the first level during one qualification month.
To accomplish the qualification: in order to accomplish this qualification and get VIP 4K pin, a VIP distributor must sponsor from 6 to 9 VIP distributors on the first level during 4 months.
A VIP distributor 6K
To achieve the qualification: in order to get VIP bonus starting from the seventh level at the rate of 6%, a VIP distributor must sponsor 10 and more VIP distributors on the first level during one qualification month.
To accomplish the qualification: in order to accomplish this qualification and get VIP 6K pin, a VIP distributor must sponsor 10 and more VIP distributors on the first level during 6 months.
VIP BONUSES from each level are not summed up.
A distributor gets only the bonus corresponding to his qualification.
Example: A VIP distributor 2K gets only the bonus determined for this level and does not get a bonus determined for a lower level - VIP 1K.
VIP LEVELS
The pins VIP, VIP 1K, VIP 2K, VIP 4K and VIP 6K are given to the distributors who have achieved corresponding qualification and have preserved it during one, two, four, or six months accordingly. The commissions are paid monthly.
TWO WAYS TO EARN MONEY
There are two sources of income for a distributor.
Direct income
It is an income which a distributor gets for sale of products and services. This income is a distributors' net income, but it does not exceed overhead expenses connected with distribution of these products and services. This income is the difference between the price at which the Company or its representative sells products to a distributor, and the price at which an end-buyer buys them. The gain belongs solely to the distributor who has performed the sale, and by no means can be divided among others.
The Company sells its goods on the basis of a present price-list which is brought to distributors' notice through its representatives. Distributors are immediately informed about any possible change of prices. "Vision" reserves the right to bring changes into the price-list in correspondence to business condition.
A distributor is obliged to keep to the present price-list. All possible changes in prices should be coordinated with the Company. All advertising materials necessary for work are not intended for commercial realization.
Commissions
Commissions are the second source of income, and they are calculated on the basis of the amount of sales of goods and services, performed in a month by distributors, belonging to the row of a sponsoring distributor.
The Company pays out commissions to distributors taking into account the amount of sales performed by distributors of their groups. The commissions are calculated in correspondence to call rates, depending on the qualification of the distributor, which form the basis of the Marketing plan of yhe Company.
